There are pockets of fish biting as they move up stream. Water levels are rising quickly and warming up in a hurry. That could mean some early spawning activity from the fish in the system. We can tell that fish from Lake Winnebago are on their way as the action improves at Winneconne, limits have been coming off the bridge the last two nights. Those fish will enter the Wolf River system and go up stream as far as they can until water temperatures tell them to spawn. Also be sure to “Catch” my Outdoor Report, every Wednesday on AM 800 & FM 92.7 WDUX at 12:31 after the news at noon. A copy of the report is available on the episodes page at http://www.lifeonthewolf.com
