White Bass Showing Up
I’ve heard credible reports of white bass being caught from Winneconne to Shiocton. It’s still early in the run but water levels have returned to a more normal state thanks to some well needed rain. There have also been some good reports of walleye fishing scattered around the system too. Catfish, perch, crappie and bluegills are also starting to bite along with some decent bass fishing. I also expect to see some quality northern pike fishing with the opening of the season, this Saturday.

Good morning Doc, Just wondering what the magic water temp might be for the White Bass to really start heating up???

Sorry I missed this earlier. We haven’t reached the 62 degree range where they should start to peak.
